This report will talk about the situation analysis and also the SWOT analysis of Nestle Milo in the beverage competition market. The origin of Milo product was from Australia and made from the combination of Malt and chocolate that became very popular around the world. First part of this report is about the market situation and company background of Nestle Milo, which is popular among children up to mature people. Second part of this report will discuss about the competitors of the Milo that can affect the sales of the products, next is external and internal environment that affect the company in competition will discuss in this report. The last but not least is about the SWOT analysis that used to know the position of the company in the market so that can maintain and improve the performance of the employee to be the best beverage in the world.
Marketing is one of the most important aspect that the companies need to concentrate to achieve the needs, wants, and demands from the customers and also to achieve the main goals of the company. Before start to do a marketing action, the company needs to create a marketing plan in fact the most important of on the marketing process.
