THE SNEAKER HEAD
In the world there are many different types of people, we talk different languages, have different cultures and or look completely different in terms of skin color or hair. But all of us are the same in many ways. No matter what country we live in many of follow the same trends from all over the world as we are connected by social media and television. If I was a marketing manager I would work for a sports shoe manufacture. I would make it my mission to market my line of shoes all over the world making them collector’s items. While many would wonder why someone collect a shoe, many people stock up on rare and exotic shoes because many sneakers and limited or specialty made. The make and authenticity are a factor, and color and rarity are what’s important. So when you have someone that loves shoes like many do you can create a market for those shoes to be sold above market price and keep it there.
The products that I would sell are Basketball, Baseball, track and field, and running shoes. These would be the focus of effort for my marketing team to present to the world. These types of shoes would be of multiple types and variations. Many people would not want to look at more than one type of shoe over and over again in addition there are only so many variations of the shoe a business can market and put together. Therefore we would have to put together multiple types of shoe according to activity. These types of shoes would be broken down into four utilities of customer value. The first would be the form, for instance the basketball shoe would be a shoe that would cover the ankle providing extra support for the player. This would not be just a piece of leather, but something that is integrated into the shoe that would aid in preventing a player from injuring himself...
