1. Why do you think is it important for HR to be a strategic partner to the business?
I think is very important for the HR to be a strategic partner to the business. The HR can help the business to appropriate structure to fit the needs of the strategy (DeCenzo, David A., 2010). The HR helps the business to solve major problems within the business. The HR has to have adequate programs and tends to be reactive. HR has to be involved in the design and development of the business. The HR can help the employees with the strategy of the business. Being the HR in the business is mostly concerned with the day-to-day administrative issues. HR is there to help the business to designs a process or system that is going to help the business grow and reach the business goals. HR get ask for input into the strategic issues for the business. The business sees that the HR is the key to success of the business. The HR has to work on trying to find the right people to work for the business. The HR has to make sure that the employee that is working is train right for the job they are doing. If the employees are not train for the job, the HR needs to have the employees train the right way. When the HR hires new employees and train them and make sure they are moving in the right way in the business. The HR can help the business with new products and service of the business. HR can help the business with new technologies and applications for the business.
2. What benefits do you think the employees derive from this arrangement?
I think that the employees should get health insurance, pay raise, and pay vacation. The reason I think this way is because the way the world has been. You see that there is so many companies are letting go of the employees and outsource to overseas. Just because a person needs to keep theirs and try to raise kids.
