One of the most challenging factors in the world’s development is existence of poverty. Poverty is the mother of disasters and under-development which results lack of access to health care, lack of access to education and lack of access to other basic needs such as food, clothing and shelter. Poverty is a condition where people's basic needs for food, clothing, and shelter are not being met” Lack of access to education emerges where there is absolute poverty. Mainly poverty greatly affects life of children while lack of access to education plays an important role as well.
Children are defined in most of countries as a person under the age of eighteen, the end of childhood is defined more complex because the definition for end of childhood varies from culture to culture and country to country. The definition of children in some cultures takes into consideration some basic factors, such as commencement of work, getting married or end of school. Condition for where each child grows differs in every society and places. Poverty is one of those conditions in which children grow up. Child Poverty basically means living of children in a poor family or living under limited and absence of growing resources.  
On the other hand, Children that fail to meet the criteria of a standard life in a society are being called poor children. According to the United Nations Children’s fund “Children living in poverty are those who experience deprivation of the material, spiritual and emotional resources needed to survive, develop and thrive leaving them unable to enjoy their rights, achieve their potential of participate as full and equal members of society”.
Moreover, the incapability of parents to provide children parental help or loss of a family, lack of governmental help are all the primary causes for children’s poverty. They are the reason that mostly impacts children’s life.
