There are some guidelines that we have to follow for storing information.
The manual records including personal data, medical records, and family details should keep in a cupboard and locked all the time. The cupboard or cabinet should keep in a secure place and it not easy accessible to public. Key should keep only the named person and if any one need to access the cupboard like students with supervision. Any documents like letters, daily notes , telephone message should not be left unattended.. Each individual should have their own file Electronic data. Use only designated folders for storing the file. Don’t use personal email to send or receive information. Keep the password safe and don’t share to anyone. If you want write the password for remembering write it down in a diary and keep the diary is a secure place.
