After our presentation on Keppel O&M outlined it’s current situation by the means of SWOT analysis and the current challenges it faces, I would now like to suggest a few solutions/steps we can take to counter the challenges being faced; by the means of customer relationship management.
To briefly summarize, the challenges faced by the company are:
1) Internal :
a) Attracting and attaining potential skilled employees
b) Retention of staff
a) Retention of Customers / Customer Satisfaction
b) Attracting investors and shareholders
Rapid industry growth, high expertise jobs requirements, an aging workforce, constraints on talent supply and increasing technical complexity arising from declining production rates in the field globally have been identified as key factors contributing to the talent shortage in the industry. But acquiring the right talent is the key to sustaining production growth, and long-term profitability.

Strategic Employer Branding: To keep and attract the best and the brightest workforce, companies will need to have an attractive employee value proposition for employees.
