Communication should be the first priority of the company to deliver messages to family through either a phone call or a direct face to face visit. A representative from the crisis division of the company should gather all facts and confirm through correct lines of communication the critical information. This team of representatives should be fully trained to handle crisis situations from their quality control training. The people involved should know that the team is doing all they can to get word to the immediate family in the best channel possible to avoid any mistaken evidence or faulty information that could in turn upset or cause confusion. The main goal of this team is to give only relevant facts and ensure the comfort of the family member or next to kin that all is on track to help.
