                BLACK MAMBA

Black Mamba lives in south Africa. It is not actually black.   They have a brownish grey body. But it gets its name from the color of the lining in its mouth, which is purple black.It grows upto 14 feet in length.

It can travel at speed upto 12 miles per hour. It is one of the fastest snake in the world. It is very active during the day time. They like open low habitats such as savannas, rocky places and woodlands. They feed on small mammals and birds and like rats, mices and squirrels very much.
