The nature of this work is to control and repair the heat and air conditioning systems these device helps many place like hospitals office building and factories and homes. I prefer a career that will keep me mentally engaged and physically active. As a technician you have to be trained to read blueprints and use specialized tool this will take some school work and trades to do you will learn how to connecting wires welding pipes, testing electrical circuits for continuity and testing pipes and tubing for leaks. Sometime this work will be outside of the building or on the roof and in the basement of the building. Some technician might become supervisory and some just might move to sales and marketing and building superintendents, cost estimators, system testers, and balance specialists so there are many advancement opportunities for HVAC TECHNICIAN.

HOW TO BECOME AND HVAC TECHNICIAN
There are 5 steps that will help you become a technician
1. You can start on hvac training in high school and some have vocational training
2. Learn through on the job training this will be hand on jobs
3. Earn a certificate or degree
4. Participate in an apprenticeship
5. Obtain a license but you must include passing an exam or completing a training program or have 2-5 years of work experience
This is a fast career and you can become your own boss or take advance of the position that comes with the job you are doing. This is why I like this career it has a lot of opportunities for me to choose from.
