When it comes to super bowl Sunday a lot of people tend to “over due it” when it comes to eating and drinking. Because of this famous day mostly men put on a lot of excess weight because they eat and drink so much. But there are some ways to reduce the risk of putting on this excess weight. For example if you do overindulge in food in drink during the super bowl than make sure you stay hydrated by alternating every alcoholic drink with a non-alcoholic drink. Also drink caffine free or non carbonated drinks such as water. Avoid overeating, but if you can't resist the buffet and find yourself not feeling well the next morning, there are a number of over the counter products that can take care of that problem. Whether your team wins or loses, it may be difficult to get up the next morning. But being active after a late night of eating and drinking will help boost your metabolism and make you feel better. A brisk walk in the morning might be just what you need. My thoughts to this article would be that you should try and limit yourself to how much you eat and drink because your body is not used to the amounts of things that you consume on this one day so you should set a limit for yourself. My opinion would be that I agree with the article when it says you should mix it up with non alcoholic drinks to stay hydrated also to avoid a hang over for the next day and you should take a walk or a run in the morning to burn off all of that food you had watching the super bowl.
