This report has been prepared to demonstrate and understand the importance, and contribution of strategic human resources management towards the objectives of virgin. Further, it describes the Human Recourses planning and contribution of human resources plan in achieving virgin’s objectives. Report also, covers all the aspects of Human Resources policies and its requirements in Virgin. Report will also describe the impact of organisational structure and organisational culture on the human resources management.
To conclude and understand the human resource practise in virgin, report has been divided into four parts. First part will explain concept of SHRM and its contribution in achieving organisation objectives. The second part of the report will describe the development of human resources plan. Further third part of the report will shed light on requirement of human resources policies in an organisation and the forth part of the report will describe the human resources management in an organisation.
