In the movie Cinderella Man, Braddock made very ethical decisions. Some of these decisions included that he worked extremely hard and did whatever he could so he could get his kids back. He retrieved the sausage for his young boy. Braddock began to fight again as another source of income so he could meet his needs along with his families need.
I do not believe the way the director portrayed Max Baer was unethical. I believe this is unfair, I think this is because of how they portray his true feelings in inaccurate. This is unethical because in this film Max comes across as a mean and cold hearted man. He is not mean and cold hearted as he suffered just as much as anyone else after the tragic in ring death. People did not feel for him because they judged him wrong.
It was extremely difficult for Braddock because his family had very little money. They could not pay for heat, food, and other daily life essentials. This was a challenge because Braddock knew he had to do something drastic to be able to pay for off the debt, while still having enough money for food so he could get his kids back. Mae sent their kids to her sister’s because they were unable to afford heat and it was unfair for the kids to live like this. Braddock knew he had to pay the debt back somehow but he was still unsure how to do so. He knew when the opportunity to fight came, he had to face it and conquer each challenge. He showed perseverance through each and every difficult fight.
