1. The beginning teacher may concern with some problem such as the teacher fell not convenience with environment and culture; teacher is uncomfortable with a new classroom, students and differences culture. Teacher also have problem with level of student because it is so hard for beginning teacher to know the level of students in the beginning, so teacher do not know how to teach students with differences level of teacher, lesson plan; beginning teachers are not well prepare for lesion plan, that’s why they cannot raise up a main points in lesson in order to teach students to understand easily. And teachers will lose students interesting in lesson, and classroom management: students loss of attention with beginning teacher, if teacher lack of control the students and management. Some support which we should provide for beginning teachers to assist them with their most serious challenges and help them handle the “reality shock” are: Let’s teacher understand about the background of school to make sure what do they need? And teachers have learned more about students need, in order to use their strategy or technique of learning. The ways for teachers to teach students to ensure students learn effectively. Besides that, teacher needs to observe students to clear about the level of students, in this way teacher set up the best to manage in differences level of students. Moreover, teachers have to well prepare the lesson plan, and one more visuals add or study materials it is the important thing which teacher cannot missed. Last one, beginning teachers might ask an old teacher who have been teaching in this school about what strategy or technique in teaching
