Now That You’re Here
Now that I’m here, I feel like I am an adult because I am treated like one. Over these years, I feel like I will accomplish a lot because normal schools don’t give these types of opportunities. My goal for this year is to not be left behind. If I am left behind, then eventually I will have to catch up which will be hard to do. Also, I want to pass all my classes with a 90+ average. I want to get as many college credits as possible. Being ahead of most kids in New York City feels amazing. Knowing that I will finish college earlier than most students my age is great.
Throughout these years, I am expecting some tough challenges because this is college. It’s time to be grown up. Also, I learned that if I have any difficulties with any subject I should always ask the teacher that teaches that subject for help. I think that if you pay close attention to the teacher from day 1, then you will have no problem in that class because you will know everything that she tough. There will be no calling friends and asking what the homework was because now I’m independent and I’m relying on my independence to bring a good future to me.
In the summer of 2012, I took a health college class. I passed it because it was easy. As a result I got 1 college credit out of 60. I still have a long way to go. Throughout this course, i faced 0 difficulties. The only problem I have right now is studying because I get distracted easily, but that will change soon. Very soon.
In the future, I want to either major in hospitality management or possibly even become an A-1 racecar driver. These are my 2 main goals to achieve in the future. I am looking forward to the hard times and I will certainly not fail any classes nor be behind in a topic.
