Attending classes online is sometimes a better option for a college education than taking the more traditional route of going to classes at a campus. I can attend classes on my own schedule which at the present time would make it difficult, if not impossible to take the more traditional route of going to a campus regularly for classes. I also have transportation issues that would interfere with college if I had to go to a campus for classes. Though some would argue about the quality of the education obtained online, I believe that the online option with a reputable college, such as University of Phoenix makes it possible for many students, including myself, to receive a good education, in circumstances that would otherwise be impossible.
I did some searching for an outside source for this essay and found an article located at Ezinearticles.com, written by Matt Norman, the founder of Easy Distance Learning: that states “There are some major advantages to online education, including the ability to set your own study time.” This is one of the major advantages that I have found.
