Philosophy is the study of essential and general problems. The difference between philosophy and reality is that philosophy relies and puts much concern on wise matters of argument. In other words, a person’s philosophy may be termed as various beliefs that are held by the person or the love wisdom by the same person. Real situations however appears to be more complicated than what is revealed by philosophy. Most of the approaches issues to time reality are in a rigid form but philosophy approaches issues in an open and clear manner. Philosophical approaches to solving problems usually exhibits exploration of options that are probable and options to seeking remedies to issues or problems that are there.
There are several cases of people with good conscience contradicting on matters that involve the application of forces that are overriding concerning the broken rules. This does not however imply that philosophy is ineffective but rather shows that moving from a philosophical point of view to a practical view point is gives a better background and understanding of issues and problems concerning balancing issues. This therefore means that in order to acquire a complete system of solving issues and problems then one has to put into consideration both physical and philosophical approaches.
Philosophy can be used as an approach for public protection and individual rights. Most of the problems that people in the current community faces are those that concern individual rights and public protection, conduct codes concerning criminal justice and morality. In the process of solving problems pertaining public protection and individual rights, the most practical approach would be based on rules that have been set. A good example is a rule that sates that every individual has the right to own property and no other individual apart from him or her has right to his or her property but rather him or herself.
