#1 The Whales have won! –ICJ rules Japans southern Ocean Whaling ‘not for scientific reach’
Author; Sea Shepard conservation society
#2 key points:
The international court of justice ruled in the case of Australia-v-Jupon that japans JARPA II whaling program in the Aunt artic is not for scientific purposes and all permits given be revoked.
#3 Sea Shepard conservation societies were incorporated in the united in 1981 in the state of Oregon. The idea of sea Shepard was formed by Captain Paul Watson he also founded earth force society in 1977 in Vancouver BC, Canada. Both organizations were for marine mammal protection and conservation. Captain Paul Watson does not have any affiliations to any political agenda. But only wants to be a good humanitarian all the information and the sea Shepard and all of its exploits from the beginning to present day are all on the sea Shepard’s web page under who are we.
I stand behind Captain Paul Watson and the sea Shepard society 100% and all of what they are trying to do all over the world and all the injustices that man inflict on animals. Since the early days of sea Shepard it has embarked on over 200 voyages covering many of the world’s oceans and defended and saving defenseless marine life all along the way. I would not change my mind or opinion on what a great job they are doing. I have loved animals all of my life that was the way I was raised and to this day I still believe that animals are important to save I don’t feel there is any stereotyping at all to this article.
#5 there was some emotionally charged words like defenseless, defending, missions, killing of baby harp seals.
All the evidence is documented and credible in not only official court documents but the court of public opinion. And the US congress also the UN tribunal.
#6 there is a lot of injustices in the world towards our oceans and the habitats...
