In my draft paper about should children be charge as an adult in criminal cases. To me it depends on the case and the ages of the child have done. Today around the world there are many children going to jail at the age of 12 to 14 .I have seen child charge as adult at the age of 12, and still in jail doing time for killing someone he didn’t like in school and he shoot him in the face. To me the children of today don’t care if they kill someone and they would not go to jail because their age. They are robbing older people, and breaking in to people thinking that they are not going to jail.
The first source that I have found on the website is WWW.time.com/ By Time, and it was written (By Jessica, Reaves in 2001, 17 may) that should the law treat kids and adults differently. What I had read (By Jessica, Reaves) there was a 14 years-old Nathaniel Brazil was charged with second-degree murder for killing his teacher. And in Florida jury had gave a 14 year-old boy who killed a girl while playing wresting moves on her, and now will be life in prison without parole.(Jessica, Reaves that some consider 16-and 17- year-old for the death penalty).
My second source was on a website huff post crime at (WWW.huffingtonpost.com) were their is a case that is written (By Paul Elias 08/18/12) were a young girl at age 17 from San Francisco she was sentenced to die in prison without parole. For killing and robbing and in that same city there was a murdered in 1993 by two teen did a robbery of gun shop. The San Francisco of California Assembly’s passage a bill introduced by state Sen. Leland yee, D-San Francisco. A bill that will allow lifers to seek a sentence of 25-years –to-life without a chance for parole after serving 15 years.
My third source was on website post...
