The Holy Spirit as Our Guide
This is a lesson we need to take in, be schooled about and apply it to our lives. We are going to be talking about the power of the Holy Spirit as our guide, and our comforter. I’m’ talking about those that have been filled with the Holy Spirit. Those that have been saved a long time ago. And those who have reunited with the Holy Spirit And at that time when some of us got saved, we were excited about the Holy Spirit, excited about its function excited about what He could do our lives.
But then after a while we kind of got dry in that area. Dry in that we kind of tuned out the Holy Spirit and kind of been existing and living our lives on own. We need to get back in tune with the Holy Spirit and this is something all churches should challenge their members to do.
And I am going to give you some simple practical steps to do this. But before I do, I am going to give you a little bit on the spiritual side. And then I am going to move forward from that point. Our scripture reading today is coming from, 1Corint 2:9 -11 and it’s so awesome, it says But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
But God hath revealed [them] unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit no we are talking about the Holy Spirit for the spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. There are some things to things to fix,
So this scripture 9, 10, and 11 lets us know that the Holy Spirit, the spirit of God lets us know some things. There are some things that are prepared for us. Things that God wants us to have. Things that we are supposed to be doing. Things that we are supposed to be entering in to, but without being in contact, without being in touch with, without being in tune with...
