This report’s purpose is to let you know the types of business organsiation threats that you may encounter and the knowledge about each of them; to give you further information about software and network security, encryption, security threats and methods to avoid these threats. The report only limits to business organisation’s types of threats that could be encountered, further knowledge about them; what is encryption; the different security issues, when organisations encounter them and ways to counter them.

Technical failure is avoidable to technology. All types of technology will fail at any given time so it is best to prepare countermeasures for this type of threat. To do this, make sure that:
1. All equipment inside a workstation is working properly and safely before and after usage.
2. Implementing Preventative Maintenance is applied in a regular basis.
3. All technological equipment inside the working place is updated.
4. All important software should always be updated to get the best features of each of this software.
Human error is also an avoidable type of threat where employees and even employers could make trivial mistakes. These mistakes mustn’t be ignored because all of these could cause system failure to the extent. It is important to be responsible and take the blame before these mistakes could lead to serious matter.
This type of threat is one of the most threatening problems for organisations. Anything from your organisation can be stolen, from machinery to a copy of business information to ideas to success. Generally, theft of any kind could affect your organisation and can hinder the success of it and lead to its failure.
