Three Way Call (3WC)
Three-Way Calling (3WC) allows the subscriber on the assigned line to place a call on hold. When the call is on hold, the subscriber can set up a request call to another subscriber.
When the second leg is EPRI/CPRI or HKPRI loop-back trunk, in table CUSTSTN, option CXFER is added to the csgrp of the controller. For example,
CSGRPMB CXFER CXFER CTALL Y 15 STD
(1) When using CPRI/EPRI loop-back trunk as the second leg in 3WC, the second leg must be from network side to user side. Otherwise, though 3wc function will not be impact, the other parties will release automatically when the party has 3wc feature on hook.
(2) When using HKPRI loop-back trunk as the second leg in 3wc, option CXFER must be datafilled in table CUSTSTN for the csgrp of the controller, or you can add CXR option in addition to the 3wc feature on the controller, it doesn’t care whether the network side or the user side. Otherwise, though 3wc function will not be impact, the other parties will release automatically when the party has 3wc feature on hook.
1. Prepare three lines A, B and C. Make sure announcement trunk UASCF3P are idle.
2. Use command AUDQUERY in CI layer to check the office parameter is right:
