What is health?
My opinion on health is that health is when you feel well, feel comfortable in your own body and have energy to perform everyday tasks. Eating sensibly is another aspect of being healthy; this is done by balancing your food categories, accompanying it with the right amount of exercise. Eating and exercising in moderation to keep your weight stable and so you are not at risk of future problems. Having good relationships with friends and family and having a good social life and education are also things that I think are important in health.

The World Health Organization (WHO) say that health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
Positive health is a more positive view of a person on a whole. It is viewing physical, mental and social well-being of a person and not just taking into view the absence of a disease.
Other people that i have asked have said that health is the way we feel and how we look after out bodies. Their opinion was that everything affects your health, e.g. personal life because in your life there are many things that occur like death of loved ones, births, where you work and your marital status. These can all affect your emotional state and from affecting your emotional state the rest of your health can be affected. For example if there was a death of a family relative you would may be feel depressed, lonely and angry..etc. these emotions can led to physical harm and because of the emotions you are feeling you may not want to socialise with anybody not even friends and family therefore affecting social status.
